This week's meeting is a working meeting that will focus on our work around Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions on Israel (BDS), Occupy San Diego, and a fund drive for the Center for Economic Research and Social Change (CERSC).

The Occupy movement has been sweeping the country. Starting with Occupy Wall Street, people around the world have been occupying in their cities and towns with a clear message: The richest 1% have been growing richer, while the rest of us, the 99%, have been forced to take on all of the burden of the failing economy. Occupy San Diego started on October 7 and is still going strong at the Civic Center downtown.
