The San Diego May 1st Coalition, Border Angels, Activist San Diego, and the Social Justice Ministry team of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego invite you to participate in the formation of a regional and bi-national network of activists and organizations committed to immigrant rights and social justice in the US/Mexico border region.

The Shirley Sherrod fiasco, Arizona's SB 1070, increased attacks on Latinos, and the against Mosques from California to New York are just a few of the examples of how racism has found a new expression in the US. But with the rise of attacks also comes the rise of resistance against them.
